Screening
Applicants will be undergo an extensive screening process that seeks to assess the non-academic and academic characteristics of a future Empathetic Scholar. Due to the complexity of the screening and the individuals involved, an electronic notification will be sent at the conclusion of the review process; updates during the review are not possible.
Applicant Visit Day and Overview
Applicants will be invited to spend a full day in Fort Worth to learn more about the medical school and our university partners, TCU and UNTHSC. During the visit, applicants will meet faculty, administration, students and community members; complete the multiple mini-interview (MMI); and a few other sessions that are important for you during a campus visit. The day will end with an open forum with the dean of admissions. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the applicant visit day and interview will be conducted virtually.
