Mentoring and Coaching Programs

Executive Coaching Initiative

The Anne Marion Burnett School of Medicine is proud to provide a resource to support students, faculty, and professional staff.

Executive coaching has been found to enhance the academic excellence by providing personalized guidance and support to help students, faculty and staff reach their full potential. Similarly, executive coaching can improve the professional performance by modeling and teaching valuable leadership and management skills. Through executive coaching, individuals can gain clarity on their goals, develop a plan for achieving them, and receive constructive feedback to improve their performance. The Burnett School of Medicine believes in the benefits of executive coaching and believe that when leveraged fully, executive coaching can lead to significant personal and professional growth throughout one’s academic and professional career.
